10 Data Security

• 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit between your device and our servers;
• Encryption of sensitive data at rest, including financial information and government ID details;
• Role-based access controls ensuring that only authorized n01jl personnel can access personal data, and only to the extent necessary for their role;

11 Data Retention

n01jl retains your personal data for as long as your account is active and for a period thereafter as required by applicable law or as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy. Specific retention periods include:

• Account and identity data: Retained for the duration of your account and for a minimum of five (5) years after account closure, in accordance with Philippine AML regulations;
• Financial transaction records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction;
• Customer support communications: Retained for three (3) years from the date of the interaction;
• Technical and usage data: Retained for up to two (2) years, after which it is anonymized or deleted.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymized so that it can no longer be associated with you as an individual.

12 Children's Privacy

The n01jl Platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and above, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. n01jl does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. If we become aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, we will immediately close the associated account, forfeit any balance in accordance with our Terms & Conditions, and delete the personal data in question.

If you believe that a minor has registered an account on n01jl, please contact us immediately at the details provided in Section 14 so that we can take appropriate action.

13 Changes to This Policy

n01jl reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data practices, applicable law, or regulatory requirements. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players by email and/or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision is shown at the top of this document.
