1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and n01jl ("n01jl," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the n01jl website located at https://n01jl.net and all associated services, features, content, and functionality (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any part of the n01jl Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including registered players, visitors, and any other persons who access or use the Platform in any capacity.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and n01jl.

2 Eligibility

Use of the n01jl Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations applicable to casino-style online gambling;
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal and not prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where the offering or use of online gambling services is prohibited;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party;
• You have not previously been excluded from the n01jl Platform or any affiliated platform for any reason;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of n01jl or any of its affiliated companies, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

n01jl reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by n01jl may result in account suspension or closure.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full features of the n01jl Platform, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Philippine mobile number.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the n01jl Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited. If n01jl identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all such accounts may be closed and any balances or pending withdrawals may be forfeited.

3.3 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. n01jl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You agree to notify n01jl immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

n01jl is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You agree to cooperate fully with our KYC process, which may include submitting a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification may have withdrawals suspended until verification is complete.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

n01jl currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

4.2 Deposit Terms

Deposits are credited to your n01jl account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. n01jl does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which n01jl bears no responsibility.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed;
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted;
• Any active bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be initiated;
• n01jl reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times;
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

n01jl is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. All transactions on the Platform are monitored. n01jl reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities, including the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), without prior notice to the account holder.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

n01jl offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits derived from bonus winnings. These specific terms are communicated at the time each promotion is offered.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account must be wagered a specified number of times before they — or any winnings derived from them — can be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the individual promotion's terms. Wagers placed on certain game categories may contribute differently toward wagering requirements, as specified in the promotion details.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

n01jl employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming bonuses using multiple accounts, placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to meet wagering requirements, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers. Any player found to be abusing bonuses will have their bonus funds and associated winnings forfeited, and their account may be permanently closed.

6 Game Rules & Fairness

6.1 Game Outcomes

All games available on the n01jl Platform use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology to determine outcomes. Game results are independent, random, and not influenced by previous results, bet sizes, or any other factor. n01jl does not manipulate game outcomes under any circumstances.

6.2 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game or the crediting of winnings, n01jl reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager amount to the player's account. Winnings generated as a direct result of a software malfunction or error are not valid and will not be paid out. The decision of n01jl in such matters is final.

6.3 Disconnection Policy

If you experience a disconnection during a game round, the round will be completed automatically according to the game's rules. n01jl is not responsible for losses incurred due to internet connectivity issues on the player's end. We recommend ensuring a stable internet connection before placing wagers.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the n01jl Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the appropriate law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — any such discovery must be reported to n01jl immediately;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity through the Platform;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or systems;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing n01jl staff or other players through any communication channel;
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the n01jl Platform — including but not limited to the n01jl brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of n01jl or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of n01jl.

9 Privacy & Data

n01jl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at n01jl.net/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

n01jl implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and n01jl cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, n01jl, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits;
• Loss of data or account information;
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform;
• Unauthorized access to your account;
• Any errors or inaccuracies in game outcomes resulting from technical malfunctions.

n01jl's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your n01jl account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Responsible Gaming

n01jl is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play;
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform;

12 Termination

• Your continued use of the Platform poses a risk to n01jl, other players, or third parties;
• We are required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.

Upon termination for cause, n01jl reserves the right to forfeit any remaining account balance. Upon termination without cause, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations you have incurred prior to closure.

13 Amendments

n01jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, n01jl will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the n01jl Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

14 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the n01jl Platform that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
